Today is Awesome!
Hello everyone!
Today is Awesome day is approaching fast!
I’m going to post a video every day starting today, counting down the
days until Today is Awesome Day.
Today is Awesome Day shirts are available for purchase!
Shirts are $10 and are available in small, medium, and large.
If you would like one, just send me an e-mail at: todayisawesomeemail@gmail.com
I have already ordered the shirts, so sizes are reserved on a first
come, first serve basis.
A quick update that I think needs noting in the “Today is Awesome” project.
Today is Awesome is designed to inspire people to love their life, but
is also here to serve as a base for people to talk about difficulties
they have in transforming their day into an awesome one.
If you ever need someone to listen to your day, shoot me an e-mail. :)
At the beginning of my senior year of high school, I began making
1,000 paper cranes. I am now over halfway through with my project!
I’ll keep you updated as I get closer to the end of my project.
Sometimes unexpected situations are thrown your way. Last week, I
found out that a very close family friend had had a stroke and was in
a coma. Later that week, I found out that he had peacefully passed
away.
I am a stand for awesomeness, and I believe that every situation
provides an opportunity. Therefore, when I attended the funeral this
past Friday, April 27, I used it as an opportunity to honor a
grandfather figure in my life. My grandfather, my Jiddu, passed away
when I was 4. This was his good friend. I honored my grandfather by
going and showing my respect to an amazing family friend.
Of course I cried, and when through other phases that people feel when
a death occurs, but I decided to transform my funeral experience from
miserable, to honorable.
I hope you all have an awesome Friday!
Every day is as awesome as you make it, and today is awesome!
